2024-2025 Point System

What is the point system?

  • The purpose of the point system is to increase involvement within the organization and provide members with more opportunities to get involved.
    • Effective spring semester 2024, members will be required to obtain a minimum of 10 points each semester they are in PES. This is mandatory for ALL members, existing and incoming.
    • Previous years are not affected as the point system is now being introduced.
    • Seniors may meet with the president individually if they have not received their cords and cannot meet the point requirement.

  • To receive your points you must sign up for the specific event spreadsheet and inform the LC Coordinator that you are present at the event.

  • If you sign up for an event, you have until 48 hours before the event to remove your name from the spreadsheet in case you are unable to attend.

What can you get with your points?

  1. Mandatory 10 points- receive a graduation chord at the end of the graduating semester

  2. >10 points- Pick out one item from the PES closet

  3. 25+ points- Receive a gift card and receive recognition as an involved member on our social media

How to earn points?

  • -Posting a picture in your PES shirt and tagging the Instagram (@fsupes)

    -Reposting graphics with event information posted on the Instagram

  • -Attending a social, service or informational event (including Relay for life)

    -Accepting a position in an LC or on the exec board

    -Donating items to the book or food drive (1 point per item – max 3 points)

    -Raising $20 in donations for Relay for life (1 point per $20 – max 5 points)

  • -Attending the G4 event

    -Applying for a position in either an LC or the exec board

    -Tabling events (2 points per hour) (including relay for life

    -Signing up for the PES donation page with Relay for life

  • -Decoration prep for Relay for life

    -Volunteering at the Induction Ceremony

  • -Volunteering at the Induction Ceremony
